Privacy

What we store

Your name, email address, hashed password, the plan you are on, and the meetings you book. Hosts additionally store a Google refresh token if they choose to connect a calendar.

What we do not store

We do not record meetings and we do not store audio or video. Conversations in a room stay in the room.

Google Calendar

If a host connects Google Calendar, we request only the calendar.events scope, which lets us create and remove the events for rooms that host runs. We never read the rest of their calendar. Disconnecting from the dashboard deletes the stored token immediately.

Cookies

One cookie, used to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Deleting your data

Ask us at support@yappatalk.com and we delete your account, bookings and stored tokens.
