Every meeting follows the same shape, so you never have to guess what you are walking into.

    Book a seat

    Open the timetable, filter by language and level, and click Book. Your seat is held and the meeting appears on your dashboard. If a room fills up, take the next one — there is always a next one.

    Arrive two minutes early

    Click Enter from your dashboard. You land in the room with the host and the other members. No install, no account for a separate video tool.

  3. 03

    Warm-up as a group

    The host introduces the topic and gets everyone to say one sentence. It sounds small — it is the part that stops the first five minutes from being silent.

    Breakout pairs

    You are paired with one other member and given a question card. Twelve minutes to talk about it, in whatever direction it goes.

    Swap

    New partner, same topic, different opinions. Most people notice they say it better the second time — that repetition is the whole point.

  6. 06

    Wrap-up and corrections

    Back as a group. The host shares the mistakes worth fixing and a phrase to use next time. Then you book tomorrow.
